El Arenal is a Natural Reserve located in Matagalpa, one of the most mountainous departments in central Nicaragua. This particular reserve rests on a plateau between 1,000 and 2,000 meters above sea level. It’s diverse micro climates accompanied by cold winds and native shade trees are excellent conditions for cultivating Specialty coffee.

Guatemala is one of the world’s most climatically diverse regions due to it’s volcanic soils, large lakes, and continuous rainfall. This selection comes from a particular farm whose soil is influenced by three active volcanoes: Atitlán, Fuego, and Acatenango. This makes it an ideal environment that produces a delicate, strong, flavor-rich coffee.
